My Favorite HCG Fat Loss Tools
My Vita-Mix is probably one of my most core tools whether I”m on the HCG Diet or off it. There’s nothing it in prepping and cooking food. It makes the staples like my famous “Green Drink” (more salad in 20 o.z than you’ll eat in a week), soups (you’ll never need your stove, your Vita-Mix will cook the soup right in the container as it’s mixing!), cauliflower potatoes and a whole lot more.
I like to make all-natural, totally healthy peanut butter with it. But I don’t stop there, I mix in almonds, cashews into the mix and customize my blends. Back when I was eating bread, I use it for the entire bread-making process save for the baking of it.
And we also use it for low-fat desserts and smoothies. It’s especially vital for The Redhead’s infamous can’t-eat-just-one “Apple Critters.” Get one — it’ll be the best whole health investment you’ll ever make in yourself (except for shedding the tonnage, that is).
A whole food diet is the key to a long and healthy life. New recommendations encourage consuming more fruits, vegetables and whole grains every day. This is easily accomplished by eating terrific-tasting, nutrient-rich whole food meals made in the Vitamix machine.Imagine…
