The HCG Diet – What’s True & What Is Not?

There you are looking for the straight truth about it and seems everyone saying something different. Then you come to Gutless In Seattle here, but there are now so many posts and comments to comb through, you don’t have the patience or the time.

THE PROBLEM:
Few are willing to dig through the Comments under each post on this little HCG Diet Blog That Could and/or use the Search Box to find the answer.

Some of you are on Facebook almost exclusively, others feel the same about Twitter and still others prefer email. So a lot of different venues for the HCG Diet, each with their own advantages/disadvantages.

So I get a lot of  Facebook messages, emails and Twitter requests, most of which I don’t have the bandwidth to answer like I’d want to.

But there are so many of you having really smart and well-thought-out questions about the HCG Diet that demand equally great answers.

As you know, I have a larger vision and mission than selling a coaching program — ending childhood obesity as an “epidemic” within the next generation. To that end, if I answer your question in one of those other HCG Diet channels, you’re the only one the benefits from it.

If I answer it here, publicly, thousands of HCG’ers can learn and as time goes on, ultimately millions.

The HCG Diet Solution:
This page (hopefully!). Ask your question the Comment section below and I or someone on Team HCG will answer them.

This is a little experiment to see if this solves both our problems — you have one place to ask questions and I have a central place from which to answer them.

Okay… just post your question in the Comments below and then I’ll reply to your comment there.

Oh yeah, before I forget…

OK, so I have to order tomorrow so I can start on Saturday. Troches or injections with MIC? Same price, which is the most effective?

  • Darlene

Ok Walter – you got me. I just completed a round of homeopathic hcg – lost 20lbs in 30 days but after reading yours and other sites I’m convinced I could lose more and stabilize more easily using your real hcg. This is a logistical question about ordering…
I have a Canadian billing address. I currently live in Mexico but have friends traveling back and forth periodically so I could have it shipped to either CDN/US address but it appears your ordering page won’t accept a CDN billing address. Is there another way around this

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Well, this has been answered many times in other posts on this blog. In short, if you can stomach giving yourself injections, then do shots. The troches are for folks who will not go the shots route and it’s almost as effective as the shots. Since troches are solid and the max amt of HCG gets into your system, the difference is practically negligible.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Actually Darlene, you face an even bigger problem. Though you said “stabilize more easily,” in fact, you cannot stabilize AT ALL with the homeopathic swill. Since there’s no HCG in it, then there was never anything to reset the hypothalamus.

Understand that I can’t officially advise you on how to get around US law, re: the billing address issue. But I can tell you that you’ve already solved the problem. You already answered your own question and the solution is in the 2nd paragraph you wrote.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

    Thanks for the kind words!
I don’t know the answer to you question because I don’t know how long you’ve had it.

And no, do not take more than the prescribed amount just because you think it’s degraded. If it, best to throw it out and get fresh HCG.

Here’s why — if anything wrong goes on your diet, I guarantee you that the first thing you’re going to wonder about is the quality of the HCG.

And at that point, you’re going to be dealing with a whole host of issues and you really don’t need that in your 6 week fat loss sprint, do you?

You’ve got other things to focus on. Remember, set yourself up to WIN. A good, successful HCG diet does take some prep. The more effective prep you do, the better the diet experience, the more fat you lose.

Simple as that. Hope that helped.

  • Boca Girl

    Hi again Walter,

I’ve had the 50-day supply (already constituted) for about a week. If I don’t start until June, will the potency be all right? I hate to waste the money and the time. Would you suggest using it since I’ve already made the purchase. If it doesn’t work, and I have to try again, how long do I have to wait?

    Thanks so much!

  • Pandorafile

    Hi Walter-

Please help! Not sure why this happening and not sure what to do?

I’m on r1p2d27…. By d24 I had lost 18lbs…. Honestly- I “cheated’ with diet coke from day 1 to day23…. Knowing I had just 2 weeks left on p2- committed to get totally serious and traded diet coke for home brewed ice tea+ truvia….. Expecting this would make the last 15lbs I want to lose happen….

Well- d24-d27 (this morning) – since going 100% on protocol- I’ve gained a total of 2.3 lbs!!!

I am not hungry..and am on dr prescribed hcg….and have been 100% on protocol from day24…. So what gives?

Also- though I have lost inches ( 6″ bust/back; 3″ waist; 6″ hips)…… My fat % on scale has not dropped, and while it has actually fluctuated, am exactly where I started % wise. What’s going on??

    Thoughts?

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

If you start in June you’ll be just fine.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Thoughts? A couple. Diet Coke and Truvia??! Who told you that you could have those things on the HCG Diet and still lose weight? And for the record, consuming those things? You were not “100% on protocol.” You were so far off protocol that Hansel & Gretel’s breadcrumbs couldn’t have led you home.

So… how did you get the idea in your head you could have those? Didn’t you read “Pounds & Inches?”

  • Pandorafile

Lol… Yes, I did read pounds and inches…. Well my dr actually advised me that truvia was acceptable, as when pounds and inches was written, back in the 50s, there was only saccharine.

On the diet coke, was told it was ok in small doses, and that may lose slightly less…

Any ay… Was totally frustrated after not losing…. Wwnt back to.my diet cokes..and guess what… Nearlr 4.5 lbs lost in the last 2 days… Go figure, huh?

    Thanks for your thoughts.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

You should check and make sure your dr has been on the hcg diet and speaks from experience.

Truvia slows weight loss and interferes with your hypothalamus resetting. And it’s a specious argument for a medical professional to draw such a parallel to another sweetener one cannot have on the HCG diet.

While saccharine was available, it certainly wasn’t included in P&I. There’s a reason for that.

Same w/Diet Coke. It’s actually worse that truvia because of the secondary problem.

More importantly, by finagling a way to have your Diet Coke anyway… you’re psychologically hindered yourself from keeping the weight off once you have it off. Part of the point of the HCG diet is that you make a clean break of the substances that have OWNED you.

And I assure you — you didn’t lose more weight because you went back to the Diet Cokes (if that is indeed what you were implying). That’s impossible. I’ve coached hundreds 1-on-1 and worked with thousands more online, and that just violates about every tenet of biochemistry I know.

The carbonation in the soda inhibits weight loss, you know.

So, best of luck with this path you’ve set for yourself.

  • Pandorafile

My dr was a skeptic of hcg diet till he did it and lost close to 75lbs himself on it…

I’ve been reading multiple blogs and apparently truvia does help some, and others not. for me- I’ve reviewed my diet log in comparison with weight log- and every time I used truvia- I either stalled or gained!! So no truvia for me…I actually thought that could be my “magic bullet”, but alas, there is none!!

As for diet coke… No one ever said it was going to help me lose weigh…if that were the case, they would be marketing it as a miricle diet bev!! My diet cokes- well, I have gone “off” them in the past, once for over 12 months straight…. But frankly- i found avoidence of diet coke was totally moot…. As I never lost any weight faster, nor did I feel any “healthier” by totally eliminating from my diet. And particularly since the hcg diet is such a restrictive period…. I actually find that “allowing” myself 1-2 diet cokes daily makes me actualy ENJOY the hcg diet phase 2… I don’t feel deprived- which has enabled me to stay fully on protocol with all other aspects of the diet….

On average- I am still losing an average of .75lbs a day, so I guess it is seems to be working, now that i’m avoiding truvia. I’ll keep you posted on how p3 and p4 go!

Thanks again for your thoughts…and truly think you’ve got a great site, packed with great tips and motivation (and have recommended it to others who can not afford going the private dr.route. )

Hey, Walter.  Ali, here.  On day R1P2D6 today.  Lost a total of 4 pounds so far, including relosing the 3.75 gained on my gorge days.  I went with the injections with the MIC, by the way.  I have talked to so many people on this diet, and so many doing it from different sources.  I am confused as to why there are different rules from P&I.  Even NuImage allows broccoli, which is not in P&I.  One friend’s source says cabbage and celery are free and can be used in unlimited quantities and combined with other veggies.

Now to my point. I have read (on your site, I am quite sure) that there are ‘updates’ to P&I since it was written 50+ years ago, and I would like to find info on that on your blog. You chastised me below for asking a question that had been previously addressed on your blog.  Let me respond by admitting that I must be blog challenged because I cannot figure out how the #&^% to FIND a list of your blogs, or search them.  Please assist a challenged blog reader to get some info.  :)

    Hello,

Maybe I missed it on here but I am about to order the self-admin shots for this plan through your site but first, how and where on the body exactly are the shots administered? I imagine it is not directly into a vein.

    Thanks!

  • Guest

What about the drops under the tongue? Are they just as effective? I read somewhere on here that 43 days of shots divided by the same 6 muscle areas/locations can be painful after a while yet above you recommend shots? I am unsure of which format to order.

That’s the problem with listening to everyone, you get a lot of different opinions. To keep sane and do what works, you need to learn to ignore the conflicting choruses and focus on who can PROVE they know what they’re talking about vs who claims they do.

Presumably, you’ve watched the video on the coaching program page, just using that criteria will keep you from getting confused.

    > Now to my point. I have read (on your site, I am quite sure) that there are ‘updates’ to P&I since it was written 50+ years ago, and I would like to find info on that on your blog. On the Gutless blog home page, just find the Search box in the right column under the social media icons and just type in what you’re looking for.

Sorry for any chastising I might have done (tho I suspect that’s overstating it a bit), but I’ve put a lot of time and energy into this blog and sometimes when folks as obvious questions that could have been answered by a quick search — there are times that makes me a mite cranky.

I’m not saying that’s the case with you, just saying what comes to mind that may cause that to happen.

Hope that helps you find what you’re looking for.

Btw, congrats on the fat loss. Hope you shed a bunch more!

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Ok… Well that was my best shot at telling you that needing Diet Cokes to “enjoy” the HCG diet is going to bite you in the butt in the long run. Needing them is part of the Mental Game where you’re dropping the ball and it will affect the outcome of your Physical Game.

So I can see you’re intent on doing what I call the “Frank Sinatra HCG Diet.” You know, doing it “My Way.”

I do hope you remember, as you have trouble stabilizing, that I did do my best to talk you out of it using facts and science.

Since you are here asking, then you must think I know a little bit more than the average HCG Joe and yet when I tell you, you refuse to listen.

Working with thousands, I have a direct bead on what works and what doesn’t and you’re not the first diet soda addict to determine she was gonna do Ole Blue Eyes’ HCG Diet. And ere long, we’ll see you online, asking others why you haven’t stabilized.

Not Kreskin or the Great Carnac — just have seen the same pattern repeating, with only the bodies changing. Hmmm… What is the commonality all have in common?

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

I’ve answered this many times on the blog. Just use the Search box on the homepage.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

This too has been answered many times. Same drill as your previous post and you’ll find the answer.

  • Sabrina

Hi Walter, good job with the site! My name is Sabrina. I am 39, have 3 kids and want to go back in shape now that the younger is 3 years old. I do aquagym twice a week and cyclette for 30 min 3 days a week. My healthy weigh is 136 lbs and I now weigh 200 lbs. So still 60-70 lbs to go!!

I am in the same situation as Darlene 2 weeks ago. Just finished a round of homeopathic HCG – lost 24 lbs in 43 days – but I want to do the real one. Unfortunately here in Australia there is only the homeopatic hcg. But I have always been living in Rome (Italy) and had the real hcg injections there, 10 years ago, that worked better.Problem: ordering. I can have an Italian or Australian billing address only. The solutions I can see so far are: 1) order the drops from Pharmacy Escrow or 2) order the torches from Nu Image and have them sent to my friend in Denver and then she can post them to me in Australia.BUT, I have the following questions:
    a) Will they pass at the overstrict Australian custom (both my friend package and the Pharmacy Escrow one)?

    b) When should I purchase them (how long can the Pharmacy Escrow drops be storaged before starting to use them? And how about Nu Image troches?) As I have just finished a turn, I will not start earlier than 6 weeks from now.

Anyway, my granny was one of Dr Simeons’ nurses, back in the sixties at the Salvator Mundi clinic of Rome!!Ciao and please answer!

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Glad you got off the homeopathic non-HCG Sabrina.

    > a) Understand, I can’t actually advise you to do anything illegal. One of the disadvantages of having a high profile now is that I have to be careful about what I say regarding the gray zone of legality.

But not being a customs agent, Oz or otherwise, I couldn’t possibly tell you if it will pass through customs. Even here in the States, it’s an iffy situation. Back when I was on HCG and using Pharmacy Escrow, one of my packages got intercepted at customs.

That being said, I’ve heard tell that the second option has worked for many in the same boat.

    > b) given the long time it may take to get to you, I’d order asap.

    Re: your granny…

One of my mentors during my first 2 HCG rounds was also one of Dr. Simeons’ nurse practitioners in the 50′s-60′s. her expertise helped form the core of my HCG Diet Success Coaching Program.

    Hey… you don’t suppose….? Naw…

Did your gran only speak Italian and have a personal assistant named Rosa?

Hi Walter:  I have a couple of ?? for you but first I want to tell you that I watched your video, put myself on your waiting list and I tried to use your search button for this question but it said there were no entries for this so I hope I am not repeating someone else.  I have exchanged emails with you in the past and told you that i couldnt afford your program ( to be honest I still cant) but I cant take it anymore and I need help.  I have done the hcg in the past a few times.  I have lost weight but of course gained it back and then some.  Either because I didnt follow it through or I didnt have the real deal.  I went to the NuImage website.  It said it was recommended to get the multiviamin, fat burner(Calcium Pyruvate), and adrenal tea caps (what are these?).  In the P&I, if I remember correctly it says not to take any supplements while on the protocol.  What are your thoughts bout this? My other questions is I went to the doctor and had blood work done and found out my thyroid is not functioning as it should so I am taking iodine supplement.  I also did saliva test for hormonal testing, I will get the results next week.  I am 46, female, no kids and I have not started menopause yet.  Anyway, do you think I will have good results despite what I just told you?  In your video, you mentioned about week 1 to watch the video first, (if I understood correctily). so should I wait before I order the HCG?  thank you for your time.
    Debbie

Lol… You know, whenever folks say they can’t afford my program I’m always a little shocked to hear that. Shocked to hear that they don’t think they’re worth investing in themselves to get the weight off to get them out of the health red zone.

So I always think it says quite a bit about where that person is in their life. If you’re overweight then you’re likely on 2-3 medications and I promise you, if you don’t have insurance, the yearly REAL cost of just one of those ‘scripts is more than my coaching.

Plus, my program gets you off the hamster wheel of needing to pay for expensive medications just to maintain you’re health status quo.

So if I may, don’t think of the program as a cost, it’s really an investment — in you. Then the question rightfully becomes: are you worth the investment?

    > I have done the hcg in the past a few times.  I have lost weight but of course gained it back and then some.  Either because I didnt follow it through or I didnt have the real deal.  I went to the NuImage website.  It said it was recommended to get the multiviamin, fat burner(Calcium Pyruvate), and adrenal tea caps (what are these?).  In the P&I, if I remember correctly it says not to take any supplements while on the protocol.  What are your thoughts bout this?

I’m pretty sure this is on the blog in a couple of places. In short, you have to remember that Simeons’ original P&I report is 60 years old and things have changed since.

Job #1 in anyone’s case, especially yours is to get your doctor on-board with doing the HCG diet. Certain medications interfere with the HCG and will slow down weight losses. That’s something no one else will tell you. I’ve got quite a database of what interferes and what doesn’t from the thousands I’ve worked with.

Physical mechanics aside, whether you do well or not is entirely up to you, your Mental Game. How intent are you? How coachable are you? Do finish what you start? How driven are you to succeed?

These are all determining factors. 20% mechanics. 80% psychological. The HCG Diet is by far a more mental game than a physical one.

    > In your video, you mentioned about week 1 to watch the video first, (if I understood correctily). so should I wait before I order the HCG?  thank you for your time.

You HCG will keep for several months, so no worries there. Hope that helps!

  • Sabrina

Yes, my gran was only speaking Italian and her name was Adriana. Rosa assisted her til she died. But she was living in Rome, so I don’t think it’s the same person, must be a coincidence…
Re ordering, I just emailed Pharmacy Escrow and they said they are not shipping HCG to Australia because of the strict custom :(  Why is Nu Image not accepting orders from outside United States? If I order form your site the troches and have them sent to Italy via my friend in Denver, it might take a month to receive them, is that aright or they need to be stored and can be damaged? How long do they last?Ok, next questions: how many vials should I buy to make the 43 days tratment? How much IU will I be taking daily?Do you think I still have to wait 6 weeks after finishing an homeopathic HCG turn or maybe I can start earlier? I am worried I won’t be able to keep the fat off, as the hipotalamus didn’t click…
Ciao and many thanks for your wonderful job!

  • Kristin

Hi Walter.  I did one round of HCG injections a little over a year ago and had awesome results.  I finally got around to doing a second round two weeks ago.  I thought I would try homeopathic drops and am completely regretting it.  So far my results have been abysmal and I’m much hungrier than when I did the injections.  So I went ahead and ordered injections from NUImage last night and should be receiving them in a few days.  My question is, should I just make a straight switch to the shots and complete this round or should I restart completely (including the load days) and chalk up the last 14 days to an experiment gone wrong?!

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Restart and thank your lucky stars that you found out the truth about homeopathic non-HCG before you lost muscle mass and suffered health sude effects.

  • Alana

Hi Walter, I can’t get over how amazing your site is and how much I wish I had stumbled across it earlier.  (That would have saved me a lot of HCG heartache and a ton of cash!) I just feel like you must know how many lives and families you are changing for the better.  I am hoping to finally change my life.  I have been taking sublingual pharmaceutical HCG from PE for 26 days but have only been able to adhere to to vlcd for the first 7 days and a day or two here and there.  I would like to sign up for your coaching program but am not sure when I should do that.  Should I stop taking my HCG now, wait a few weeks and wait for your next coaching session to start again?  Incidentally, when it looked like I would not be reaching my goal loss of 40lbs. on this round, I placed another order with PE a week ago for more HCG (unfortunately, not High Purity)._ I am desperate, confused and nearing rock bottom.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you again for all you do for this community.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Thanks for the kind words, Alana! I do occasionally get to experience the impact my work has on the lives of others – still, nice to hear it. each week I get around 150 emails and mixed in with those are nice helpings of how I’ve help this and that person.

Oftentimes, it’s literally a thankless task. Someone asks a question, they get a detailed answer and then I never hear back from them. Not even to say, “Thank you.”

Now back to you — why have you only been able to adhere to the VLCD intermittently? What’s going on with that?

  • Alana

Hi Walter,  thank you so much for your very quick reply.  I know your time is valuable so I will try to be concise.

I think the main reasons for not being able to adhere to the VLCD is poor planning and a weak mental game.  I was so excited to finally get my pharmaceutical HCG (as opposed to homeopathic) that I began taking it the very next day without considering  that I had a month full of social events (8 lunches/dinners in 2 weeks!).  The first 10 days went great, I felt like superwoman, pushing away burgers and fries and pizza’s without flinching, but at certain functions I didn’t want to tell people that I was on a “diet” (yet another one) so I began to make small cheats. The small cheats put cracks in my mental game and lead to bigger cheats.  When I reached day 26, I realized I had more cheat days than VLCD days and did not have 23 days left in a 40 day program to reset my metabolism. So, I decided to go off the HCG so that it will be out of my system in time for your next coaching session.

I have to make this work.  I have an 8 year old son and I have been missing so much from his life because I feel too heavy or too tired to keep up with him.  I don’t want to miss another second.  Sorry, this is longer than I anticipated.

Thank you again for all your time and effort and for any insight you have.

p.s. I am super excited to learn about Mind Movies 2.0 and will definitely be checking that out!

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

What’s great about this is that you’re really, really clear on where you made the mistakes. Seems like your “WHY” is big enough (Most go thru life without ever creating a big enough “why” to accompish something). Seems you have, re: your 8 year old.

Remember, the HCG diet is “80% mental (psychological) and only 20% physical (the mechanics, the how-to’s). Looks like you didn’t set your self up for success.

That’s great you’ve got yourself to realize this! Now that you’ll fully aware of where you jumped the tracks, what systems will you/are you putting into place to guarantee you don’t do it again?

Heh… little preview of what it’s like to have me coach you.

  • Alana

You’ve really given me something to think about and work on.  I can’t wait to sign up for coaching! Will I have been off the HCG long enough to be able to start coaching with you by your next go around?

Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much)!

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

You’ll need 6 weeks off so count from your last day on the HCG. And Alana, it would be a priviledge to coach you. With you attitude and my system — I’m confident you will lose the max fat & inches, and then once you complete the program, you’ll know how to keep it that way for life. That’s the promise I make to all coaching members.

  • Piscesgirlrenee

Hi Walter. I did my first round and am now ready to start my second. I ordered through your link from NuImage the first time. To reorder and get the same price, do I call the pharmacy since I am in their system, or do I reorder through your link and fill out the medical forms again? Thanks for all the information and encouragement that you give to your readers.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

I think you have to go thru the link. Sorry…

  • Deborahleah90

Hi I wanted to know how do i know that I am stable on p3 is it staying at the same exact weight or staying within the 2 lbs but different weight everyday

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

I’m not understanding the question as asked. Could you please clarify?

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Oh, you’re never a bother Alana. You always ask great questions and are very concise in detailing what’s going on with you mentally and physically which is a boon to me because it enables me to give better recommendations based on the data.

So never be shy about asking away.

Re: the coaching program. You must be determined to spoil my surprise. We’ve got a few spots opening up in a couple of days. Since you’ve asked several times, I’ll make sure the Team gets you an invite before everyone else, okay?

That’s fantastic news about the coaching program!  I’ll be able to start taking HCG again in 2 weeks so I am ecstatic about begining again with your help.  Should I wait till I’m in the program to confirm what I will need to order i.e, troches, mic ultra burn etc.?  I very much want to make sure I do everything possible to set myself up to succeed this time.

    Thanks again for everything!

hi walter, I just began following you on twitter. But I’m on my last day of phase one and this is my first round ever of the HCG. I’m hoping to lose at least 30 lbs in the next 23 days or so. Would you mind being my coach or mentor for this. My friends mom was on this and she gave me detailed infor on how and what but, I kinda need mental help with sticking to the diet and drinking lots of water. So do could you please help me? i’m just using the HCG to help me lose these 30 lbs that i gained after i decided to go back to school and so i can begin working out and training like i used to before i came back to school. ugh.

Sure, I’ll help where I can. And you found the right place on my blog to ask these kind of questions, that’s always a plus!

First things first, is it homeopathic HCG you’re on or Rx HCG?

  • Anjali Gaikwad

I lost maybe about 23 lbs in the first phase.  I,m on the 3 wk maintance. I feel I did not make any progress I did not cheat I drank my water, I  did what I was told.  What can I do to make this a success.

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

What can you do? Provide more detail. It’s impossible to troubleshoot or give advice w/general info like this. Step 1: Were you taking homeopathic or Rx HCG? If you did what you were told, who was telling you?

    Let’s start there.

  • Ela. Z.

alright so I’m new to this HCG thingI’ve lost around 40lb on my own by eating very small amounts I’m 5’2at my heaviest being 195 ish dropping 40 ish lb gaining a few back after the event i lost it for pasted I remain 169 I don’t know if that makes a difference I don’t lose weight period now I don’t have a metabolism anymore it seemsbut I want to lost roughly 40lb give or take I don’t know how much of the HCG I need how many rounds and where to get the High-Purity HCG or extra strength which ever I’m trying to just read up on as much as I can I was going to just order from online not knowing if its the actual HCG and if it truly works and I don’t just lose the weight because I’m eating 500 calories Ill be able to tell since I can eat nearly to nothing at all and still lose almost nothing Thank you for your time

Wow… ok… This was a bit hard to break down, Elaina, because it was a sentence 1 paragraph long.

Seems you have 3 questions, if I’m reading this right:

    * I don’t know how much of the HCG I need
    * how many rounds
    * and where to get the High-Purity HCG or extra strength

A1: You only have 40 lbs to lose so I’d say start with a standard 43 day round.

A2: How many rounds depends on how much you lose each round. It may take only one and it may take two.

A3: I only recommend and put my name behind one company, Nu Image Medical. Here’s a post where you can read more about it and decide for yourself.

    Hi,
I am just learning about HCG and made my first order via your website yesterday. Thank you for testing the purity of the HCG from Nu Image.  My questions is, do you test it periodically and would you be able to post for us a photo copy of the test results?  Also, should a pregnancy test show positive while taking HCG? Thanks so much!
    Mary

  • http://www.gutlessinseattle.com Coach Walter

Hey thanks for ordering via the link, hope you enjoyed the money you saved.

I don’t test it as often as I did in the beginning simply because they’ve earned my trust and they’ve maintain that level for over 9 months (as of this writing). Should I ever have a reason to suspect otherwise, I would up the frequency again.

I believe in the Ronald Regan philosophy, “”Trust but verify.”

I’ve posted a copy of a COA on the blog post talking about that and introducing to the general public that COA’s even exist. Just use the Search box on the homepage. You can test your HCG via a pregnancy kit. It’s not definitive but it is a good early indicator.

  • Marybg44

    Hi Walter,
Thanks for guiding me to the photocopy of the COA from Nu Image.  I do not see anything on the photocopy that verifies that that particular HCG tested was from Nu Image. Also, who performed the test?
    Thanks again!
    Mary
    P.S.
Wanting to trust but need verification. lol

I’ll have to look into that when I get a moment. But your question is a bit puzzling. Why else would I have that on there if it wasn’t from Nu Image. This is more detail than most ask for. Is there a deeper question here that you need answered?
