hi..just found your site..and also just started diet ..loaded on the weekend and am down 3 lbs toay, wed.  i am taking homeopathic drops a bit  hungry and a bit low energy.  there are so many mixed mesaages on all the sites.  i just read one that said they used homeopathics and gained it all back which kinda freaked me out.  this is hard enough that i could not deal with that..thanks for any info…jill

  4. Coach Walter says:

Use the Search box on the homepage of this blog and type in homeopathic and you’ll get a complete education. I don’t have a mixed message about it — homeopathic HCG is a starvation diet and your body eats the muscle tissue first and doesn’t attack the fat the way Rx (real) HCG does. Any site sending a “mixed message” is also selling it.

  5. Coach Walter says:

Jill, out course you are “hungry and weak” the homeopathic HCG diet is a starvation diet. Because the homeopathic has no real HCG in it, then you are mentally forcing your body into eating 500 cals and it’s STARVING!

I have no mixed messages about homeopathic HCG and it’s been the same one for 3 years — homeopathic HCG is a starvation diet. And since the point of the real HCG diet is to get the metabolism to reset, then of course those on homeopathic HCG gain any weight back as soon as they start eating normally again.

See, for the HCG diet to work, you need REAL HCG in your system — that’s what does the resetting. By definition, homeopathic HCG cannot have real HCG in it and still be a homeopathic substance.

Go back and take another look at those other sites sending “mixed messages.” every one of them is either selling homeopathic HCG and/or profiting from it. on Facebook there are several pages that unfortunately are manned by mostly homeopathic HCG sellers but they don’t tell you that.

Here’s what you do, Jill. Go to any page on my blog, in the right sidebar you’ll find the Search box. Type in “homeopathic” (w/o the quotes) and you’ll get a full, complete and honest education on homeopathic HCG.

In meantime, since you’re not really doing the HCG diet anyway (you can’t be and continue using the homeopathic), quit now, let 6 weeks pass for your body to recover from starving it to death and then start again with real Rx HCG.

  6. Casey says:

    Hi Walter

I am on day 7 of the HCG diet. I’m doing the injections (much to my disgust, I hate needles!!), and I just wanted to ask a question of yourself or any other experienced HCG’ers. The pharma company I got my HCG from recommends that during phase 2 you only undertake light aerobic exercise. Do you know why this is?

I’d just started trying to get fit before I started the diet, and now to be told I can’t go running just seems to be a step backwards? Surely it would increase the fat burning??

  7. Coach Walter says:

    Hi Casey

The pharma companies sometimes use info that’s outdated and/or hasn’t been updated. So don’t be too hard on them. For example, the company I recommend has some instructions that I flat-out disagree with and when people come into my program I tell them to ignore most of what’s there.

With having coached nearly 600 members to HCG Diet success, I know one or two things they don’t. 😉

So don’t be too hard on them. After all, HCG coaching is not their primary business, selling pharmaceuticals is.

You can mostly exercise at the level you were at when just before you started the diet. If that level of exercising hasn’t been in place 6 months or longer then yeah, light aerobics, yoga and walking is what you should do.

Look Casey, the 6 weeks on the HCG diet? It’s just 0.03% of your life. So what if you can’t proceed as planned with your exercising? In several weeks, you’ll be able to exercise full-bore AND it won’t be as hard on your body because a bunch of the goo will be off!

    Look forward to that!

For more detailed info, you can do use the Search box on this blog to find out more about exercising while on HCG. With over 500 articles, I don’t know exactly which ones I’ve discussed this, but I know that I have many times over the years.

I commend you for getting started and overcoming your fear of needles, something I had to do as well. I feel your “pain.” Literally. 😉

Keep me posted here on how you’re doing. I want to know!

  8. Casey says:

Thank you, it’s a lot clearer now. I’ll stick to light exercise for the duration then.

As for my progress, I lost 3.1kg in my first week (I think that’s the equivalent of 6 pounds and 13 ounces?), not sure if that’s good progress or not but it feels better than nothing.

Here’s to the next 5 weeks!

    Thanks again,

  9. Coach Walter says:

Btw Casey, NICE job on the fat loss! Keep up the great work and keep me posted, okay?
