[HCG Diet 5 Lessons Learned] More Lesson Learned #1: The “Eat More To Lose More” Fallacy

Major HCG Diet Corrections…

Like I was saying in the last part of Lessons Learned 01…

You can’t eat more calories a day with the HCG in your system and expect to lose as much as someone who’s following the original 500 calorie protocol created by Dr. Simeons.

Lol… But hey… what the heck do I know?

It’s not like I shed 157 lbs. in a record-breaking 123 days and have since stayed within 5 lbs. of my last weighing day for all these years — or anything like that, right?
😉

And all I used was Rx HCG and Dr. Simeons’ original HCG Diet 500 Calorie Protocol.

And I did it with…

  • No extra vitamins
  • No B12 shots
  • No appetite suppressants
  • No fat-burning supplements
  • No blueberries for breakfast

And certainly…

  • No protein shakes

By contrast, the 800 and other calorie protocols all allow those things. Heck, if you’re on one of those other protocols, without the added supplements you’re expected to buy, you won’t lose near the weight you can on the 500 calorie protocol.

By contrast, just with those I’ve coached using the 500 calorie HCG Diet Protocol, have lost a several hundred thousand plus pounds, probably more by the time you read this. That’s hundreds of thousands of  pounds of life-threatening fat shed and as a result they have got their lives back and are no longer prisoners of their own bodies.

No other HCG Diet protocol other than the 500 calorie protocol (that we all used) can (truthfully) make that claim.

And those other protocols have a sneaky little backdoor way of making money.

The Secret HCG Diet Backdoor Money-Maker

See, the more calories you eat while the HCG hormone is active in your system, the less fat and inches you’re going to lose. No exception.

But these other alternate, untested protocols, in order to compensate for the extra calories, they urge you to buy their recommended fat-burning supplements and energy boosters to mimic the results that you get if you were doing the original 500 calorie protocol.

It’s a great additional moneymaker for them to do this. Because while they’ll sell you cheaper HCG you’ll more than make up the difference in their loss of profits on selling you the cheap stuff by buying the added supplements in order to get the results you would’ve gotten if you just got high quality HCG and were on the 500 cal protocol.

It’s funny but that’s the way it works.

Look, I’m not a doctor, I’m not a medical professional, nor a dietitian or nutritionist (though we have all of those on TeamHCG). I’m just a guy who lost the weight quickly and safely, kept it off, systematized it, boiled it down into a formula and then coached thousands of others to do the same.

Which means I do have something even more important than any alphabet soup title: I have a PhD in Producing Results on the HCG Diet.
