The final segment of the massive HCG Diet Lessons Learned #3!
Now another fantastic strategy is to always be drinking. That gets your imagination going, eh?
What’s great about drinking on the HCG Diet is that you can have as much water as you want. You can have as much water as you want and you can mix in a little bit of stevia like I talked about in the last article.
But there are so many different ways to consume water and hydrate your body and some are better for your HCG Journey than others.
It takes calories to process water as it moves through your body. A question I get a lot is “How I can drink that much water in a single day?”
Hah! Good question because variety is not only the spice of life, it’s also key to success on your HCG Journey.
See, you can have water with flavored stevia one day and you can have plain stevia and drinking water the next day.
Or you can change it up and make all your water taste like lemons, or oranges, watermelon or root beer – the flavors of stevia out there are nearly endless!
So whatever flavor you want, in whatever combinations that strikes your fancy, drink plenty of water.
And if you’re one of those who can’t stand that taste of plain water. I hear you. I can’t either. Which is one of the reasons why I put a little stevia in all my drinking water because I can’t stand the taste of the stuff without it.
HCG Diet: “Coffee? Tea? Or Me?”
So what else can you drink? You can have as much coffee or tea on the HCG Diet as you want.
And you can mix it up all day long. Regular coffee, then switch to decaf towards the end of the day (highly advised!).
And then there are all the teas you can have. You do have to be careful which teas that you use because a lot of teas, especially flavored teas, have oil in them. That’s what many of them use to add different flavors in.
And that’s a big no-no while on your HCG Journey.
You cannot have oils and fats in your diet while the hormone is active in your system.
Now, in my program we have a special mix of green teas and white teas that if combined a certain way produces more fat burning than just green tea by itself.
