[HCG Diet 5 Lessons Learned] Lesson Learned #3: What Do I Do If I Get Hungry?

By and large I think this is the one area that everyone obsesses with most on their entire HCG Diet.

Being hungry.

No… Let me correct that. The thing folks obsess on the most are food recipes. If you go and check out these HCG groups on Facebook and other places, people are obsessed with what they can and can’t have  on the HCG Journey.

And they’re trading recipes (most untested and unproven) and you can see the constant chatter is about the “Can I have this food?” or “Can I have that food?”

So it is kind of ironic, don’t you think, that folks worry they might be hungry and therefore they focus on  all the food they can have.

You Will Never Be Hungry On The HCG Diet

Let me dispel one of the lies that a lot of people selling HCG products make: The one that starts with you will never be hungry on the HCG Diet.

Total BS.

Look, you’re here because you want me to talk straight with you, right? You want the straight truth. And that’s what I’m giving you.

There will be times during your HCG Journey that you’re going to be a little bit hungry. Hey, it’s natural to occasionally be hungry! Especially around mealtime. Lol…

Happens to me every day!

You should be worried if you’re “never hungry” because there’s probably something wrong with you.

In all seriousness, you’ll be really hungry on your HCG journey if you’re using weak, tainted, substandard HCG — aka nearly anything from overseas pharmacies. The weaker the HCG, the more hungry you’re going to be, and weaker as well.

There’s no getting around that. It’s a simple fact.

First, you need to determine if you really are hungry. Are you? Or are you just wanting to eat as a response to a stressful situation or boredom?

How close are you to mealtime? It might be perfectly natural and all the HCG hormone in the world isn’t going to keep your body from being a little hungry right before you’re supposed to eat!

Make sense, right?

A good way to move through this and it comes from the members is to do take 10 deep breaths and pause a moment and ask yourself “Is my tummy empty or is my mouth hungry?”

Knowing that crucial difference will make all the difference in the world to you.
