[HCG Diet 5 Lessons Learned] Lesson Learned #2 – Which Phase Is The Most Important?

“I want to know which HCG Diet Phase is the most important?”

I get asked this all the time. The short answer is all of them. But that’s not very helpful, is it?

So, the HCG Journey is divided up into four phases.

Phase 1: this is your loading phase. Now a lot of people get excited about this (too excited, really), especially those with food addictions because this is the popular “pig out” phase. For 2 to 3 days (two days is what everyone else does) they feel free to chow down on everything in total guilt-free abandon.

But that’s the wrong way to do it. Why? Because we found more fat is lost when you have a very strategic system for the foods you eat during Phase 1.

Phase 1 is almost the most important phase because it sets the stage for your Phase 2 results. And in order to do that right, you need a far more strategic eating plan than just the typical free-for-all pig out everyone tells you to do.

Phase 1 sets the stage for how much fat and inches you’ll shed during your next six weeks of Phase 2 and the following three weeks of Phase 3. And if you fail to do Phase 1 properly, then you stand a good chance of your metabolism not even resetting.

Which is the whole point of this whole HCG Diet thing in the first place, remember?

Phase 2: this is the heart and soul of the HCG Diet protocol. It’s your six weeks of strategic, yet limited food choices that are designed to cleanse your body of allergens, maximize fat loss melt the max inches off your body, and retrain yourself to crave new foods after your off the HCG diet.

There’s a lot going on in those six weeks! And… if you do Phase 2 and Phase 3 right, then your metabolism resets and you will naturally crave entirely different foods for the rest of your life.

I’m probably the most famous example of someone who couldn’t even eat veggies before going on the HCG Diet and now I eat more fruits and vegetables in a single day than most people have during an entire week!

That’s how miraculously the HCG Diet changed my life. And really there’s no miracle involved but I don’t want to bog you down with all the science stuff.

Moving on…

Here’s Where Your HCG Diet Is Won Or Lost

Phase 3: okay, listen up. This is one of the two areas where you entire HCG Diet Journey is either won or lost.

In order to make the transition from 500 calorie a day most  programs have people jumping from 500 a day to 1500, 2000+ calories a day!

Wow! Talk about setting you up to fail!

I just want you to think about what that does to your metabolism, for a moment.

When you’re suddenly consuming up to three times the calories you were eating just one day before. I want you to think about what happens when you overwhelm your  system by increasing the calories that much, all at once.

Yeah. You’re going to gain weight because your body can’t handle it. If it can’t burn it, it stores it.

Now a lot of people have copied us because we strategically move up the amount of calories in a very gradual, methodical fashion.

And that methodical ladder of progression been ripped off by some creatively bankrupt competitors. Most recently one of them has seemingly abandoned his brand of “body for life” and has decided to rip off my “HCG Diet Success.”

Guess stealing from Bill Phillip’s “Body For Life” program wasn’t paying off for him. Heh… some days I think I should change my tagline to the “most ripped-off HCG Coach.” But I digress…

What we do differently in the HCG Diet Success Coaching Program is establish how many calories you need to be fully functional, vibrantly healthy and have enough energy to live your life the way you want to.

Once we have that baseline, then we gradually transition you from 500 calories and strategically move you up the ladder to your correct daily caloric intake.

Sounds simple doesn’t it? And yet folks goof this up all the live-long day.

Phase 4: another way of saying this is the rest of your life. If you’ve done the HCG Diet protocol right and I’m stressing the word “right”, then at this point then four things have happend:

  1. your metabolism has reset
  2. your body fat is a fraction of what it was before
  3. you’ve lost many inches off your entire body
  4. and now you are a lean, mean fat burning machine

Here’s what I want to say about staying within 5 pounds of your last day on the diet: it’s not magic from here on in, okay?

If you go and start planting your face in a bucket of KFC several times a month and the majority of your food intake is of the high-fat, high calorie version – you’re going to gain weight. AGAIN. It’s as simple as that.

However, one area of my program differs significantly is I give you a strategic plan for staying within 5 pounds of your last weigh-in day for the rest of your life no matter what you eat.

You can conquer yo-yo dieting once and for all like we did if you will sure to do this phase right.

Next up, the all-important hunger busters! Look, you ARE going to occasionally be hungry, that’s natural. It’s what you do and how you do that makes all difference in your results.
