HCG Diet's Dirty Little New Year's Secret?

What's Wrong with Resolutions & the HCG Diet? Plenty!

What is the HCG Diet’s dirty little New Year’s secret?

4 out of the 5 folks who made a weight loss resolution at the crack of 2012 will not only eventually break it… one third will do so before January 31st.

And yes, if you’re planning on using the HCG Diet to make the miraculous happen, this applies to you, too.

Bottom-line: New Years resolutions don’t work. Not only do I not make them, I suggest you quit wasting your time wishing for them to come true as well.

What to do instead is to make goals… objectives… results to achieve by a certain date.

Take your HCG Diet journey. You want Results, not resolutions… am I right?

So what happens to our “resolutions” after we make them?

HCG Diet or no, with all the constant distractions and demands on our time, we let those distractions and demands pull us off course. and I’ve gotta tell ya, my friend — if distractions and demands are capable of pulling you off-course? You weren’t very resolute, after all.

Instead of Resolutions, set Results. Set Results you can be accountable for achieving and then set yourself up to be accountable for creating a healthy lifestyle you desire and deserve.

Now, this wasn’t the first New Years resolution you made to lose weight and get into shape. You made one last year, at the dawn of 2011.

You may have even decided to use the HCG Diet back then.

So what happened?

Here’s a better question: why do we keep making ourselves the same promises over and over again and end up disappointed and discouraged with ourselves?

So what’s the difference between a New Years resolution and a Result?

Semantics? Hardly. It’s more this: Resolutions demand nothing other than mouthing the words.

But Results… they take action. Results make you accountable for achieving them… they take a support guidance system in place to virtually guarantee you achieve your results.

Over the years, I’ve learned that to get to awesome results and be able to duplicate that success in any area, 2 key skills are needed:

  • The ability to take massive action
  • The ability to change your thinking, behaviors, your actions in a profound and significant way – one that promotes achievement and a life of excellence

I call it a Personal Guidance System (PGS) but you can call it whatever you want.

5 years ago, what I used my PGS and the HCG Diet to shed 157 lbs of life-threatening fat in a record breaking 123 days and kept it off.

Now… you could create your own personal guidance system. You could tool around with it and eventually get it right.

Or… you could just use this one…

The one already baked into our 2012 HCG Diet Success Coaching Program.

We’re opening the doors to the 2012 edition this week with a spectacular free webinar you’ll be invited to attend.

Can you work with a vegetarian, with egg and Quorn protein, etc?

  2. Coach Walter says:

Sure. Just takes a little extra work, is all. And resetting expectations realistically. You just have to know in advance that it is unlikely you’ll lose as much ea round as non-vegans.
