Why is failing to maintain the weight you lost so common, it’s practically assumed you will gain it all back?

Is it because you’re inherently screwed-up?

Lol… no, it’s not that you (or anyone else) are inherently screwed-up, you’re not. It’s just that your Mental Body MapsTM are broken and/or damaged and it will affect your HCG Diet journey.

That’s why no matter which diet you use, you inevitably stand a good chance of the proverbial ‘gaining it all back plus more.’

Yes, even on the HCG Diet.

Now look, I know you don’t want to hear that. Like you, I’ve seen the out-and-out lies and false promises online and the over-the-top promises that have you hoping the HCG Diet is the magical cure-all to a lifetime of weight problems.

Well, it is and it isn’t.

What we all know as the “HCG Diet” and “HCG protocols” are just the mechanics of losing weight. That’s a good thing because you need good, sound, physical, mechanical processes that are duplicatable from one person to the next.

That’s the way you prove something works. That’s good science at work. That’s the way the 500 calorie HCG diet protocol remains the superior protocol because there are 60 years of experience backing it.

But the standard HCG Diet does absolutely nothing for changing your mental game. Some folks stumble across it at one point or another and…they’re the ones who drop record amounts and then proceed to keep it off.

Now, they may not always articulate exactly what they did during their HCG Diet journey internally to make that happen, but I promise you, it’s in there and they did it.

You see, as great as the HCG Diet is…

(and it’s pretty freakin’ great – where else but the HCG Diet can you safely shed massive amounts of weight in such little time and have a great shot at keeping it off?), it’s still subject to the same constraints as anything else involving your mind and how it tells your body what to do.

When you think and talk to yourself in just the right way, you’re no longer working against your body and your OTCM.*

Hmmm… maybe I’ll talk more about this… if anyone’s interested. Are you?

* = the OTCM (Other Than Conscious Mind) is the more accurate name for the incorrectly labeled subconscious mind. There’s nothing “sub” about this mind. By default, it pretty much tells the rest of you what to do without and before you ever know it.
