It’s the HCG Diet, you’re losing a ton of fat, but what do you do about all the loose, excess skin?

“Jodi, I shed 157 lbs during 3 rounds on the protocols, so that was A LOT of fat shed in short period of time.
I did some bodyweight workouts and yoga and of course, bike riding — all basically to keep toned, fit and avoid any excess skin that comes from losing that much weight that quickly. In retrospect I’m pretty sure the yoga contributed more to keeping toned than the other two.
Remember, as with any type of exercising while on the HCG Diet protocols, the point is to keep toned because you won’t be able to build much muscle during Phase 2.
From my own experience and those I’ve coached through the HCG Diet process (informally, ’cause when folks saw how much I lost and kept it off, they all wanted to know how to do it!), it worked like a charm.
Best HCG Diet Exercise, Hands Down…
I’m 52, so while the my skin elasticity isn’t quite what it used to be, I avoided the whole problem by some light exercising during my HCG journey.
Ignore that hogwash about not exercising while on the HCG diet.
That anachronism is from 60 years ago before Dr. Simeons knew better, and unfortunately, has more recently been the cheap and lazy lie marketers of the HCG Diet homeopathic drops, sprays and pellets tell people to lure them in.
Dangerous, cheap and they should be banned from falsely advertising that way. But, what can you do, right?
I do what I can by countering their misinformation whenever possible.
